Business Center - HCE update

BC-HCE 3.51
Select this to download program files that include these enhancements:
You can add a VPI to a linestring based on the cross-slope from a reference line. You do this by selecting a 3D reference line, specifying a cross-slope projected from the reference line, and entering a distance along the reference line from which to derive/project the elevation.
When entering a linestring’s horizontal segments, you can specify elevations by typing in a % or ratio slope or vertical angle from the last segment end point (for straight and deflection segment types only).
The Color or Image property of the upper-most material in an area-based site improvement is now used when displaying color/texture on a surface.
The *.xlsx file format is supported for the SCS900 Report Utility template.
The Select by Layer command has increased selection speed.
And bug fixes for cases in which:
Images were displayed at a lower resolution in DynaViews when down sampling was enabled.
Text with the ‘white out’ property enabled did not display.
Title/header text in a surface legend was not placed correctly.
Deselected lines stayed highlighted in the Plan View.
In the Sheet Set Editor for a cross-section sheet set, you could not click the […] button in the Label box to enter label instruction text.
The Layer Manager allowed layer names with a space at the end, which caused problems when layers were exported to AutoCAD.

The Track Region Outline command missed valid regions when a very short line fell just short (but within tolerance) of an arc segment.
Hiding a layer that contained selected lines deselected the lines.
The Measure command did not account for vertical exaggeration when used in the Surface Slicer View. The Coordinate scroll for this view was also affected.
In rare cases, the Create Contours command created an incomplete contour.
The RXL road file exporter would not export.
The Georeference Vector PDF command cleared the first pixel/point pair when you created the second pair.
Surfaces displayed incorrectly (straight lines were jagged due to a round-off error/low-precision) in DynaViews.
When linestrings with vertical data were offset, duplicate VPIs were created.
