Meaning
While in the automatic state, one or both blade tips are above or below the working surface by more than half the vertical tolerance of the lightbar (for longer than 3 seconds).
Common Causes
- The cutting edge of the blade is too far from the working surface
- The vertical tolerance is too small
Problem isolation
- Increase or decrease the vertical offset so that the working surface and the cutting edge of the blade are closer together.
- Adjust the vertical lightbar tolerance to a larger value.
