Trimble has announced that they entered into definitive agreement with google to acquire their 3D app SketchUp. More on this http://3d.trimble.com/
SketchUp is a online community 3D modelling site utilized by architects and engineers all over the world. Trimble will also enter into partnership with Google in further development of SketchUp’s 3D warehouse, which is online repository where users can find, share and collaborate on 3D models.
