Recently I have reinstalled Business Center – HCE and came across a long time problem with Coordinate System Manager. When launching it from within Business Center – HCE from Tools -> Coordinate System Manager an error came up that current.csd could not be found in a xxx directory. By searching the computer I have found that kind of directory does not exist on my windows machine. The funny thing was that when I launched the Coordinate System Manager from window start menu it worked without any issues. By going into View -> Options I have found out where the coord files are located and copied the entire directory to the place where the error from the Business Center – HCE pointed. Once the directory was there i tried to launch the Coordinate System Manager from within Business Center – HCE and worked. So went back to the windows started Coordinate System Manager and repointed it to the new location from the error message. By doing this I have pointed all the Coordinate Managers on my computer into one place.
I have came across this issue in the past and attempted to repair it in windows registry. This has worked until I have installed new version.
This solution was fast and it worked. Hope it will work for you if you come across this issue.
